Every consultation is a paid, one-on-one session where your specialist assesses your hair, scalp, and goals in depth. You'll receive a comprehensive, customized care plan tailored specifically to you. Virtual consultations are also available.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes! We offer virtual consultations for clients who prefer to connect remotely before their first visit. This is especially helpful for hair loss assessments and extension planning.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a one-on-one consultation where your specialist assesses your hair, scalp, and goals. They'll walk you through personalized options and create a plan tailored to you. No pressure, no rush, just honest guidance from a certified specialist.

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Hair Extensions

4 questions in this category

What types of hair extensions do you offer?

We offer 8+ types of customized extensions, including Micro-Links, Strand-by-Strand, Sew-Ins, and Wig & Hair Unit Styling. All are glue-free and heat-free, installed with scalp health in mind. During your consultation, we'll determine which method is best for your hair and lifestyle.

How long do extensions typically last?

Depending on the method, hair extensions typically last 2-6 months. Maintenance appointments are recommended to keep your extensions looking their best and to protect your natural hair and scalp.

Will extensions damage my hair?

Not when installed and maintained properly. All of our methods are lightweight, low-tension, and heat-free. Our team takes extra care to assess your natural hair and scalp before recommending a method, ensuring it supports rather than compromises your hair health.

Do I need a consultation before getting extensions?

Yes. New clients and returning clients (absent 12+ months) must schedule a consultation before extension services. This allows us to assess your hair, select the right method, and create a customized plan.

How long before I see results from hair loss treatment?

Results vary depending on the condition and individual factors, but many clients notice improvement within 2-3 months. Consistency with your treatment plan, including at-home care and any lifestyle changes, plays a significant role in your progress.
